At Meryeliz, we specialise in carefully sourced vintage and preloved handbags and accessories. Every item we sell is second-hand and may show signs of previous use, which we believe adds to its unique character and story.

Please note:

• Minor signs of wear, ageing, or small imperfections are normal and should be expected with vintage and preloved items.
• We carefully inspect every item and do our best to highlight any significant flaws in both the product description and photographs.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the condition of second-hand and vintage goods.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Return requests must be sent to imery845@gmail.com
• Returns must be approved by us before the item is sent back.
• Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with no additional signs of wear or damage.

Please note:

• Unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item.
